Terry McKnight has been lecturing in philosophy since 1971, first in the New University of Ulster and subsequently in the University of Ulster. His principal philosophical interests are in the philosophy of religion and applied ethics. He is a co-author, with JM Brown and AL Kitson, of Challenges in Caring (London: Stanley Thornes 1997). He is module coordinator for PHL103 Contemporary Moral Problems and PHL509C2 Wittgenstein: Limits and Language. He is an active member of the Association of University Teachers and has served in various committee positions at both local and national level.
